Managing a raffle
The raffle details page gives a read-only overview of a raffle and is where you upload its banner, review entries, and handle the draw. Open it by selecting a raffle on the Dashboard.
Tabs
- Details: the raffle configuration (schedule, base currency, draw result link, and lobby categories), plus its participating Brands and Games. Use Edit or + Clone here to open the raffle form.
- Banner: upload the lobby banner. See Banner.
- Leaderboard: the list of participating players and the number of tickets each has earned. Raffles are not scored, so this is an entry and ticket list rather than a ranked leaderboard.
- Transactions: the game transactions that generated tickets. See Transactions.
- Translations: the player-facing text. See Translations.
The draw

The draw is conducted by administrators, since the system includes no built-in draw mechanism. After the raffle
ends, run the draw with a third-party system and publish the outcome through the Draw Result Link set on the
raffle form. The link appears in the lobby so players can view the results.
Editing after creation
Internal Name, Draw Result Link, Lobby Categories, and Translations stay editable after the raffle
leaves Draft/Scheduled. All other fields lock once it is Active. See the
lifecycle.
