Payout Status Badges
For tournaments in the Finished - Not paid out status, a special badge may appear next to the tournament name to provide a quick overview of the payout status. This helps administrators (with payout management permissions) identify which tournaments require action.
| Badge Color | Icon / Text | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Red | Number of failed payouts | Manual Intervention Required. This is the highest priority. It means that one or more payouts have failed and will not be automatically retried. |
| Orange | Number of failed payouts | Pending Auto-Retry. A payout for an auto-payout tournament has failed with a temporary error, and the system is waiting to retry it. |
| Blue | Number of participants waiting for approval | Waiting for Approval. A manual payout tournament has finished and has winners ready to be paid. |
| Gray | A checkmark (✓) | Ready to Finalize. A manual payout tournament has finished with no eligible winners and can be marked as Paid Out. |
The priority of these badges is Red > Orange > Blue > Gray. The dashboard will only show the badge for the highest-priority issue. Hovering over the badge will provide a short summary.
