Leaderboard

The Leaderboard page presents the tournament standings in a table format. For finished tournaments, this is the central place to monitor and manage the prize payout process.

Leaderboard Columns

  • Rank: Player’s position in the leaderboard.
  • Brand: The brand associated with the player.
  • Player ID: External reference for the player.
  • Display Name: The player’s name as shown on the leaderboard widget.
  • Score: The player’s current score.
  • Rounds Left: The number of remaining rounds the player can play (if applicable).
  • Prize Type: The type of prize awarded (Cash, Freespins, etc.).
  • Prize: The prize amount.
  • Payout Status: The current status of the prize payout for each winner.

Payout Status Meanings

The Payout Status column provides detailed information, especially for finished tournaments. A tooltip with more information will appear when you hover over a status that requires attention.

StatusDescription
Waiting for approvalA manual payout tournament has finished. An administrator must click the Approve Payout button to begin.
Processing in progressThe system is currently attempting to send the payout for this player. This state is temporary.
Paid outThe prize has been successfully sent to the player.
Not eligible for payoutThe player did not qualify for a prize (e.g., did not meet the minimum bet requirement).
Error, waiting for retry(Auto-Payout Tournaments Only) The payout failed with a temporary error (e.g., network timeout, 5xx server error). The system will automatically try again. A tooltip shows the attempt count and a countdown to the next retry.
Error, manual intervention required(Highest Priority) The payout has failed and will not be automatically retried. A tooltip will explain the reason, which can be:
- The tournament is set to manual payout.
- The auto-retry limit (5 attempts) was reached.
- The payout failed with a non-retryable error (e.g., a 400 ‘Invalid Request’ from the client API).
